GENERAL
·All rentals are for a maximum of 6 guests
·Limited to one child under 12 years of age
·Exceptions can be made. Contact us.
·Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM

WEEKLY RATE (8 days/7 nights)
·$1100 per week for 1 to 2 guests
·$1300 per week for 3 to 4 guests
·$75 per week for each additional guest, up to a maximum of 6 guests
·Extra days are prorated at the appropriate weekly rate.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
·$200 per rental, to be paid at the time final payment is made for the reservation
·under normal circumstances, all security deposits will be returned within 10 days from date of guest’s departure from Villa Poincianna

PAYMENT TERMS
·a 25% deposit is required to make a reservation
·an additional 25% of rental fee is required 90 or more days before date of departure
·full payment (with security deposit) is required at least 60 days before date of departure

CANCELLATION
·cancellations more than 60 days from date of departure will get a full refund
·cancellations between 31 & 60 days from date of departure will get a 50% refund, unless a suitable replacement renter can be found
·cancellations less than 30 days from date of departure receive no refund, unless a suitable replacement renter can be found.
